Sell-side Due Diligence
Sell-side Due Diligence
If you’re selling your company, you’ll need to undertake what is known as sell-side due diligence first. This involves a close look at your company’s affairs and identifying and solving any potential problems before the prospective buyer starts their buy-side due diligence.
That way, you’ll be in a much stronger position to secure a better deal and avoid buyers unearthing issues that could result in a lower price or a withdrawn offer further down the line.
Again, it is advisable to use trusted advisers to guide you through the process – something our team has much experience in.
